Adanac booties were recommended to me by my dog's vet. She told me a success story from a sceptic hunter. The first size I bought fell off just going on a walk around town. So I bought the next size down. After the first 30 min of a hike, 2 boots fell off. I put them back on tighter. After doing that 3 or 4 times, we gave up. They dont stay on as well as I had hoped. The price is right though. I bought 6 mediums and 4 larges. We used them twice and are left with 1 large and 3 mediums. But I do think the design can be developed a little more and these would work great. I like the elastic velcro. I like the material. My dog didn't mind wearing them. He seemed to run and jump like normal.

When we hunt grouse late in the year, there can be substantial snow cover, so I put your cordura boots on my English Setter. Problems solved. No build up in his pads, and he can run all day. My hunting buddies have started using them, and have borrowed almost all of mine. But the price is right, so I don't mind.
